CLIMAMAT® STAR

Maturing, drying and smoking of Salami and raw cured meats is realized with the CLIMAMAT® STAR. It is the right tool for controlling processes reliably and reproducibly. A distinction is drawn between cuttable and spreadable products such as salami, smoked or cervelat sausage on the one hand and smoked sausage spread on the other hand. 

CLIMAMAT® STAR PLUS

The CLIMAMAT® STAR PLUS is an extension of the tried and tested CLIMAMAT® STAR system. It has an additional central fresh air conditioning unit which cools and removes moisture from the air. The system is used with standard products such as all kinds of standard salami, smoked or cervelat sausage.  

CLIMAMAT® STAR TWIN

The CLIMAMAT® STAR TWIN is the reliable tool for precision-weight maturing of short matured and small-calbire raw sausage such as mini salami and beef sticks. 

CLIMAMAT® LAGER

CLIMAMAT® LAGER are climatic post-maturing and storage rooms for the thermal treatment of long-life meat products.
